We also provide at an additional charge face to face talking-based styles of therapy, by zoom or face to face in a clinical setting. 

Counselling is a process of working through your personal problems by talking about your issues with a counsellor. This will help you to address your problems in a positive way. helping you to look at the issues from a different perspective, exploring different options, to develop strategies and increase self-awareness of your own challenges.
